Backup Caregiver Flexible Schedule PT

Looking for a backup or PT in home caregiver for an elderly adult located in Airway Heights. About 104 hours a month open to be used. Need someone for weekends and weekday evenings, potential fill in days for main FT caregiver (infrequently needed). Hours are flexible. Prefer weekend mornings to get client up out of bed, clean up, breakfast, meds reminder, and housekeeping. If you're able to come again in the evening to give client dinner and get her to bed then that's just extra hours for you and a big help. Weekday evenings after main caregiver leaves around 5 or 6, serve client dinner if she hasn't eaten yet (main caregiver preps all meals, and does housekeeping on weekdays), take client to bathroom and to bed when she's ready. The main requirement is that you have an HCA or CNA license, or want to be an individual provider and want to work while training for your HCA license through the state (75 hours of paid training I believe). So if you are not licensed but interested then we could set this up. This is a smoking home, there is a friendly dog, and the client lives with her long time partner. The main tasks include lifting, transferring the client in and out of her wheelchair as she is wheelchair bound. Transferring in and out of bed, on and off her toilet chair, peri care, cooking and maybe meal prep, some housekeeping to keep their home tidy which is mostly dishes and laundry. Client is incontinent and will need assistance with clean up and changing. Client refuses to shower, so will need to do a chair bath with washcloths in the bathroom in the morning when you get her out of bed. Assistance with general hygiene, brushing hair, putting hair up in a ponytail. The client stays home and doesn't go out much, fairly laidback work with downtime. Start pay through the state is between $15-17.65, currently due to the pandemic caregivers are receiving a $2.41/hour hazard pay on top of regular wage.
