Fête for Life is a banquet fundraiser for Mary's House Pregnancy Care Center featuring legendary football coach and speaker Lou Holtz. Join us for dinner, a silent auction, and hear from legendary football coach and motivational speaker Lou Holtz at Fête for Life 2022! All proceeds benefit Mary's House Pregnancy Care Center in Shreveport. Catering by Silver Star Smokehouse, cash bar. About Lou Holtz Lou Holtz was a head coach for 34 years at both the college and pro levels, and is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame. Most notable, Holtz served as the head football coach at the University of Arkansas, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of South Carolina. Hotlz's 1988 Notre Dame team went 12-0 and was the consensus national champion. Holtz was an ESPN college football analyst, and continues to appear around the country as a motivational speaker. His son, Skip, is the head coach of the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs football team. VIP pre-party event with Lou Holtz begins at 5:00 p.m. for sponsors of this event. Mary's House of Louisiana, Inc. is a pregnancy care center providing pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, someone to talk to and help getting a doctor for any pregnant woman.  We believe that every pregnant woman deserves love and support throughout her pregnancy.
