Pickford Film Center is seeking a janitor for 10-20 hours a week! The janitor is responsible for the overall daily cleanliness of the building. Compensation is $15-$17/hr DOE. Roles and Responsibilities: Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to see the “big picture” of how our space is perceived in terms of how clean it is. Familiarity with cleaning products and best practices for their use. Responsible for Bathroom Cleaning: Toilets, sinks, paper dispensers, garbage, mirrors, and foors. Maintains auditorium cleanliness: Garbage, recycling, vaccuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. Overall daily cleaning of lobby area, including dusting, vaccumming, mopping, garbage removal. Other odd cleaning jobs as necessary. Ability to safely lift 40 lbs. Maintains communication about condition of entire cinema with Facilities Manager.
