The North Texas Food Bank invites its Agency Partners to experience a fast-paced, systems-level exploration of how effective fundraising really works and to uncover the myriad of reasons why many fundraising strategies are designed to fail. Responsive Fundraising Training begins with a deconstruction of the current fundraising landscape that organizational leaders are challenged with every day. From here, we lift everyone’s spirits with an encouraging reconstruction of an effective development plan. Empowered with a new framework, we characterize the personalities who will find greatest success using this new framework. During the second half of the day, we will introduce a performance management tool and a campaign planning model designed to align expectations around critical measures of fundraising effectiveness. Implemented effectively, Responsive’s four-sense making tools can become the centerpiece of an organization's fundraising planning; a strategic coaching framework; and a bridge of communication between the development office, the executive suite and the boardroom.
