We are a Las Vegas pool maintenance company looking to hire pool technicians to service our routes. We prefer to hire experienced techs with your own pool equipment but we can also train if you are brand new as long as you can learn fast and are coachable. Responsibilities & requirements include: - You MUST own your own truck in good condition. If you do not own a truck, please do not apply. - Long-term job seekers only. We are not hiring anyone that wants to do this short term or seasonal workers. - You will be cleaning and maintaining our client's pools which includes adding chemicals, monitoring and adjusting water chemistry, brushing the pool, emptying skimmer baskets, etc. - You will usually service between 10-15 pools each day. Each pool usually takes about 20-30 mins to service. - Work usually starts early in the morning usually around 6am to avoid hot weather later in the day however, scheduling is flexible. No nights or weekend work. - No smoking and no illegal drug users. We will check your background. - MUST be qualified to work in the United States. Compensation: - We pay between $10-13 per pool cleaned depending on experience. You can expect to clean about 2 pools per hour so that comes out to about $20-26 per hour depending on your efficiency and experience. - This is a 1099 position.
