Hi there, We are a small company who specializes in warehouse and delivery. We receive furniture from freight companies, inspect those pieces to make sure they are not damaged. Then put them into our storage bays until the project goes out for delivery. This is furniture so please be able to lift at least 50lbs. There is also building of furniture, this is important as some of the furniture will need to be assembled at our warehouse prior to going out on the job. It’s simple work but need someone intelligent enough to be able to run the operation on there own. There is software that we will train you on. (Google sheets) This is a position that does need experience either in warehousing, moving, deliveries, office work. We use google sheets so a little experience in that would be nice but if not won’t take much to learn. Driving trucks is also important, we drive 26ft, 20ft box trucks, same as moving trucks from Uhaul for our projects, a drivers license and experience or willingness to drive these type of trucks is important. We understand that you may not have experience in everything we do and that’s ok, the job really isn’t difficult, but please understand you will need to learn our software, be able to manage a warehouse, also scheduling and also people, you might be in charge of a project and have 8-10 people your in charge of. After that there will be a in person meeting. Salary is based on your experience. $15-20 to start Compensation goes up once your able to run the business on your own.
