I have a rehearsal space on my property for rent. It includes a 6 speaker 2 mix vocal PA system, a drum shell pack and some stands a 4x10 bass cab for use. It has Ac and heat and a bathroom. It is not a 24/7 availability but hours up until 10 pm are fine. It is about 16'x 22' sized. Safe and property is enclosed by a wall as well. Grown ups only.
