This experience includes bread service and Wine Pairings to complement each savory course.The menu is inspired by what I grew up to know as Southern/Soul food.More often than not, Southern food has developed the reputation of glutinous and unattractive.It does not come as a surprise as history dates back to tell the truth of how many were left with the secondary remains of ingredients and were forced to display ingenuity.To me, this food shows survival- but that should not directly translate to a lack of delicacy,finesse, and flavor.This Menu's purpose is to pay an homage to the ones who are not around to see the fruits of their labor flourish , and to now help others not only encounter an experience of delicious courses but to also adjust the perspective of what it is we "know" to be , Soul Food.
