Meet us at the Ocean Air Market , a "toes-in-the-sand" party with more than 20 local makers, live entertainment, and food & drink specials. The Postcard Inn on the Beach, in partnership with LocalShops1, is set to launch a new Ocean Air Market, a “toes-on-the-sand” market offering guests and locals a unique shopping experience, showcasing a curated selection of local artists, crafters and local business owners. The market will be hosted on the beach, next to the hotel’s tiki bar and restaurant, and will also include live entertainment and food and drink specials. Hotel guests and locals will be able to buy products including hand-crafted soaps, candles, and lotions; jewelry and accessories; artisanal food products such as jams, jellies and sauces; vintage treasures, home décor and even crown shells and disco ball planters. Admission is free; parking is subject to daily rate. Please note: The party goes on from 2-7 pm, but the vendors will be set up 2-5 pm. WHEN: The inaugural event takes place 2-7 pm Sunday, Oct 24. Vendors will be set up 2-5 pm. Future markets are scheduled for Sundays Dec 5 and Jan 16.
