🌱 GARDENER NEEDED ASAP 🌱 REQUIREMENTS: MUST have some experience as a gardener, and some plant knowledge ( we don’t do mow n blow, so that experience isn’t really relevant) Your own transportation is a big + (but not a dealbreaker), all jobs are in Oakland and Berkeley, but half of the jobs aren’t accessible by public transportation Please have good work references Be willing to get dirty, work hard, and have a good work ethic in general Be friendly ABOUT THE JOB: VERY flexible schedule, sometimes changes can be last minute (the day before at least, because clients sometimes need to reschedule) Schedules differ each week, but a few jobs are on a regular schedule. I am very flexible with your own schedule, and could use some help regardless of whether or not you can work all of the days that I have work scheduled for. I have two design/installs about to start, and am looking to hire one permanent & one temp person. Work hours are usually from about 12pm-4 or 5, depending on the job Amount of hours offered right now would be approx. 10-15 hrs, although they coulId increase to 20+. I have more work than I can handle right now, but hiring another person or two would allow me to take on more work, and offer more hours. Pay is 18-25$ cash DOE (depending on experience) I have been designing & landscaping/gardening for the past 12 years, and have an AA in Landscape Architecture from Merritt, and a BFA in Ceramics from CCA If all of this sounds like it works for you, then send me an email with your info (references, resume, etc.)
