Field Operations Supervisor $32.00 - $38.00 JEi is one of the largest office furniture installation companies in Northern California. Responsibilities: JEI is looking for professional, clean, polite, multi-tasking organized team player. Responsible for the field crews and their performance to ensure customer satisfaction and installation profitability. Sets field procedures and ensures field crews follow proper installation process and procedures, along with making sure all necessary paperwork is done properly and completely in full detail. Ensures proper hygiene, PPE, and dress codes are being followed at all job sites. Attend meetings with clients. Maintain positive client relationships, providing impeccable customer service. Visit field installations on a regular and daily basis, monitoring the progress and quality of the job. Handles field staff issues and concerns along with disciplinary actions if needed. Conducts personnel reviews. Work in conjunction with the General Manager helping develop essential personnel for the installation crews. Skills needed: Ability to read/write fluently in English Proficient with computers, with experience in but not limited to Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to solve problems Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in various forms Must pass background to obtain security clearance
