Back by popular demand...the Fifth Annual Stable 12 Corn Hole Tournament! Join us for a day of corn hole, beers and friendly competition! Back by popular demand...the Fifth Annual Stable 12 Corn Hole Tournament! Join us for a day of corn hole, beers and friendly competition in the beer garden! This will be a regulation tournament, consisting of teams of 2 people competing in a bracket tournament fashion. Your $40 ticket will get your two person team a spot on the bracket, 2 Stable 12 Corn Hole Tournament 2021 t-shirts, and 2 beers per team. (21 years of age and older only. Valid ID required at check in.) Please plan on arriving at 11am to allow time for check in and starting the tournament promptly at 11:30am. If you register after or do not provide the required information for t-shirt size by Wednesday, October 6th at 10pm - you will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt in the size you need. *Due to supply chain issues across the board, we may not have the t-shirts in time for the tournament. If this is the case, we will have a plan in place to get you your shirts and let you know the day of the event* Like us on Facebook to get all tournament news and happenings and tell your friends! This is going to be so much fun... THE BASICS: The tournament will utilize cancellation scoring to 21 and a double-elimination system. Rounds will be capped at 20 minutes. The first team to reach 21 or the closest to 21 at the end of the 20 minute round will advance. The other team will go to loser’s bracket. Aside from the "house rules" of scoring mentioned above, the tournament will follow all basic ACA Corn Hole Rules. Please familiarize yourself with these if you have not done so already. Not being familiar with the rules of play will not reverse any rulings by our referees. TEAM NAMES AND UNIFORMS: Creative team names and "uniforms" are strongly encouraged to help you gain crowd support. This event receives a lot of social media coverage, and is professionally photographed, so make sure your team spirit is in full effect! RAIN DATE: In the event that it is raining on October 16th, the event will be held on Sunday, October 17th from 12-6PM. No refunds will be issued due to an inability to attend the rain date, so please plan accordingly! Players should still plan to arrive by 11AM to check in if the event is held on Sunday 10/17. Like us on Facebook for up-to-the-minute updates. SPORTSMANSHIP & SAFETY: Participants and spectators should exercise sportsmanlike conduct at all times, on and off the court. Any player who is disrespectful of other guests or Stable 12 staff will be asked to leave, and will forfeit his or her entry fee. Our staff reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated. A refusal of alcohol service does not entitle a participant to any refund of entry fees. Please do not drink and drive. If you need a ride home, please consider Uber, Lyft, a sober friend, or other form of responsible transportation REFUNDS: Refunds may be issued for this event at the discretion of the brewery up to two weeks prior to the event, and will be issued in the form of a gift card to the brewery in the amount of $40.00. No refunds will be issued through Eventbrite. No cash refunds will be issued. WHAT DO YOU WIN? 1ST PLACE winners will get their choice of either a 1/2 keg of beer of your choice (not including anything barrel aged) or a $100 gift certificate to Stable 12 Brewing Company, 2ND PLACE will receive a sixtel of beer of your choice (not including anything barrel aged), and 3RD PLACE will receive a case of beer of your choice. Stable 12 originated with three friends brewing in a vacant barn at the family horse farm on which they grew up. Whether growing their own hops, collaborating with other local breweries, fundraising in the community, or testing new recipes, there is always something new on the horizon at Stable 12 Brewing Company.
