NORTH HAVEN— A Guilford resident is $25,008 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 23, the big winner from Guilford purchased a KENO ticket from the BJ's Wholesale Club in North Haven and won $25,008.
