Treetops Landscape Design, Inc., a leader in landscape design, serving the north shore area for over 45 years is looking for a full-time Landscape Maintenance Manager/ Crew Team Leader. The Crew Team Leader is responsible for overseeing, training, and maintaining residential landscape for our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintain schedule for landscape maintenance department and oversee. • Communicate with clients effectively. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape maintenance • Demonstrated knowledge of residential landscape maintenance • Good planning and organizational skills • Ability to manage, supervise and train employees • Good organizational skills • Oversee routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment • Coordinate work to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability Qualifications Education, Certification and License: • Valid driver’s license with good driving record is required; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is helpful. • Category 3.0 Turf and Landscape Certification is preferred. Job Specifications • This is a Full-time position. • Typical work hours are Monday through Friday (40-55 hours per week) during our peak season. • Overtime may be required as workload dictates.
