HAMDEN — A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On September 22, Anayka Martinez, of Hamden purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Foxon Mini Market in East Haven and won $10,000.
