We are seeking a Stock Technician to join our maintenance and technical team. The Stock Technician is responsible for distribution of supplies to all PSKC clinics. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, be familiar with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook. Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse stocking, or similar role is preferred. This position will support all clinic locations in Everett and Arlington. Ability to travel to other PSKC clinic locations and storage facilities is required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurability in accordance with the PSKC automobile insurance policy. Some experience with materials and inventory management preferred. Skills and Abilities: Ability to identify, assess, and resolve problems in a timely fashion. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all individuals encountered in the work environment. Maintains up-to-date records in a neat and orderly manner. Demonstrates proficiency with diagnostic tools. Able to be a positive team player. Able to use computers and computer controlled equipment. Able to work with people in a caring, tactful, and diplomatic manner. Reacts calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Maintains quality control standards. Able to understand, adapt to, apply, and communicate policy and procedural changes. Approaches work requirements in a methodical and conscientious manner. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English for the purpose of comprehending written materials pertaining to job duties, documentation, and communicating with others in the work setting. Able to drive vehicles and operate machinery safely. Knowledge of basic mathematical functions to calculate and project material trends and inventory needs. Location/Hours: This position will support PSKC clinics in Arlington and Everett. Ability to travel to other PSKC clinic locations and storage facilities is required. This is a full-time (40-hours/week) non-exempt position. Work schedule is typically Monday-Friday during regular clinic hours. Ability to adjust hours or work weekends may be needed depending on clinic needs. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay rate is dependent upon candidate’s qualifications and related experience.
