We are seeking a janitor to work at Arrivé, a luxury high-rise in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Ensure maintenance of grounds including but not limited to removal of debris/litter, emptying trash, and pressure washing. Clean all windows and glass doors within reach. Proactively address foreseeable custodial concerns. Report any maintenance issues to Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee sanitary condition of trash and recycling containers. Conduct resident interaction with the highest level of customer service and positive, will-do attitude.
