Hardwood Flooring Laborer/Subcontractors Needed

Established hardwood flooring company looking for reliable, hardworking employees. Our jobs vary in location, but are generally located in Mercer Island, Bellevue, Seattle, and their outskirts. We are booked through the year, and consistently have great word of mouth with high-end homeowners and various builders that use our services repeatedly. We are owner-operated with some help but need more hands on deck as our company grows, which means lots of growth opportunity for you! We currently need laborers that will install and potentially sand and finish hardwood floors. We work indoors so you are out of the elements. Pay starts at $23/hour. No experience necessary - you will be trained. We do, however, ask that you have the following characteristics: - reliable and punctual - good communication, honest - hardworking and willing to learn - have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license - ability to follow instructions and safety measures - attention to detail - 18+ years of age - authorization to work in the US Production bonuses are also occasionally paid so opportunity to make some money if you're willing to put in the effort. You will have the ability to grow within the company - we will need a site/crew manager eventually and a salesman in the future. If you are an EXPERIENCED hardwood installer, pay can be discussed further based on your experience, including the possibility of doing subcontractor/piece work. (Need to be familiar with all aspects of hardwood installation and/or sanding + finishing, must have your own tools, and must be licensed, bonded, and insured.)
