Job description Venture Trailers, Inc. is seeking Account Representatives to join our office team! This position serves a key role in working with all departments within the company to ensure that each customer order/request is handled to satisfaction and completion. As an Account Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email and order processing. For more than 30 years Venture Trailers has been a local, family owned and operated, boat trailer manufacturer with over 600 dealers nationwide. Our office is quickly expanding and is in need of highly motived individuals to help us continue to grow and maintain the exceptional service our customers deserve. What you will be doing: Caring for the customer’s account/order through but not limited to the following: Correctly address customer needs by quickly identifying the need, best path to resolution and taking action.Accurately collecting and entering all necessary customer information into the system.Contributes to the department and company success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives.Analyzing a customer’s buying habits and identify their needs.Responding to phone, email and faxed inquiries regarding customer purchase order and/or concerns. In this role, you will work 35 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
