Pit/Lab mix need new home

Hello, my black lab/Pitt mix is needing a new home due to the fact that my landlord is not allowing us to keep him. They don’t accept “aggressive breeds” where we live. We haven’t been given much time and We would love for him to find a great home instead surrendering him to an animal shelter. He is over a year old. His name is Dior and he’s super sweet. He has a lot of energy and loves to run around. He is extremely food motivated. He’s potty trained and knows basic commands. He has all his vaccines (paperwork can be provided if asked) and he’s neutered. There are no other pets in the house so I’m not too sure how he is with cats but we have taken him to the dog park a few times and he’s been great. He will come with all his belongings: Collar, leash, food, food bowls, toys. If you’re looking to add a new pet to your family, Dior would be perfect. I really wish we didn’t have to give him up.
