Mama kitty with kittens need a home

My 2yr old kitty just had a litter and has since decided she hates her former friend, our pup. She has five 6 wk old kittens. She is super cuddly and friendly unless our dog comes with in 5 feet. I am having her fixed this upcoming week. I would love to find a farm that needs some barn cats, but if there is a rescue or foster cat mom/ dad out there that would help that would be wonderful too. Just, I need to find her a home. Thank You So Much.
