Tailor Made Lawns, a local, family-owned Lawn Care and Pest Control Company, is looking for dedicated service technicians to join our growing team. We are a growing organization (with a new office in Indian Trail, NC) and we believe in building long-term, "family" relationships with our team-members and our clients. We have been in business for over 25 years and OVER HALF of our employees have been with us for OVER 5 YEARS. Due to our recent expansion, we are looking for future leaders who are interested in joining the family and growing with us! Job Responsibilities: Performs inspections of property. Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials Educates customers on services provided. Makes recommendations for care and maintenance. Maintains accurate treatment records. Looks for and pursues sales opportunities. Safely operates and maintains service vehicle, equipment and materials. Job Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have valid Driver's License Must be able to pass drug and background screening. Previous experience in the industry is not required - but you must be willing and excited about learning.
