Here is what I need. I have a client that has a concrete walkout basement that is unfinished. I need a quote in 3 phases #1 - I need a section of the basement slab 15ft x 9ft cut out and removed by you to the dump. #2 - I need the dirt under it dug up about 24 inches deep and removed by you from the property. #3 - I need a frame put in with 2 steps and the concrete re-poured. This is in the center of the basement and there is no poles or anything else in the way. For the re-pour you will need a small concrete pump truck. The run from the street is 30 ft to the basement window. You must be able to provide proof you are a concrete company as I will not accept just any Craigslist person who thinks they can do this job. Meaning, I will want examples of your work and I would like to go see your current work. This job starts in 2.5 weeks from now. Reply with your questions and rough pricing.
