Precision Renovations LLC is looking to hire a Skilled General Laborer. We're a General Contractor focusing on renovations & new builds. Weekdays, very occasional weekends, 40/hr a week, OT available. Phone interviews will start right away and in person interviews after initial screening. SKILLED LABORER -- YOU MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION AND CARPENTRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. AT LEAST 3-4 YEARS. Labor Duties: - Carpentry (rough & finish), basic framing, setting doors, installing trim, cabinets, flooring, other general construction labor -Driving: material pick ups and returns, moving tools between job sites. Must have valid DL with good driving record. Additional Experience (not required but helpful) - Drywall, Tile Prep, Welding, Concrete flatwork skills, skid steer or mini X operator, skilled landscape / hardscape, concrete work, drywall, high school diploma and college (2 or 4 yr degree). Mandatory Requirements: - 3-4yrs of residential construction/renovtion, punch list - 25 years of age - Must live in the Denver metro area - Drug and Alcohol Free - Eager to learn, takes direction with ease, doesn't need to be told tasks multiple times - Go-Getter & Motivated. This position will keep you busy. Attitude is key to success. - This is not the right job for someone that isn't a self starter, can't lift heavy items, etc. Theres always something that can be done. - No felonies (we work on GOVT projects) - Must have DL and a reliable vehicle to get too and from work.
