MALIBU, CA — California Highway Patrol reopened Kanan Dume Road in both directions south of Latigo Canyon Road after a vehicle went off the road and over the cliff Friday afternoon, according to CHP. CHP reported an injury during the accident around 1:04 p.m. Friday, and the injured person was airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center for treatment. This is a developing story.
