LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange's village manager would get a pay raise under a one-year agreement proposed by the village president.
Under the contract, Manager Andrianna Peterson would receive a 2.3 percent cost-of-living increase and a 2 percent merit increase. That would hike her pay to $182,200.
"I have discussed with Andri the successes of the past year and the challenges that are still before us," Village President Mark Kuchler said in a memo to the Village Board.
The board is expected to vote on the contract at its meeting Monday. Under the agreement, her employment is at will. If approved, the contract would take effect Oct. 1.
Peterson has been the village manager since July 2017. She was the assistant village manager from 2006 to 2017. Before that, she was the village administrator in Berkeley from 1998 to 2006, according to her LinkedIn page.
Peterson holds a master's degree in public administration from Northern Illinois University.
