Ryan Co. Breaks Ground On Talamore Senior Living

WOODBURY, MN — Ryan Companies U.S. Inc., Great Lakes Management and Artemis Real Estate Partners announced the groundbreaking of Talamore Senior Living, which financially closed in August, according to a news release from Ryan Co. Woodbury City Council approved the plans for the 200-unit senior living community six months ago, the news release said. Talamore Senior Living will be located near the intersection of Hudson Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway, and is expected to be completed by 2023, Ryan Co. said. In order to qualify for Talamore Senior Living, residents must be age 75 or older and have a household income of at least $75,000, according to the news release. Talamore Woodbury will be four stories and have 90 independent-living units, 70 assisted-living units, 26 memory-care units and 14 care suites, Ryan Co. said. It will also include multiple dining venues, a library, a wellness/telehealth area, fitness centers, spa and salon, club room, activity room and a large gathering space for community events and spiritual services, the company said. Ryan Co. said it is developer, builder and capital markets partner. Upon completion, Ryan Co., Great Lakes Management and Artemis Real Estate will co-own Talamore Woodbury, Great Lakes will handle day-to-day operations and Ryan Co. will provide asset management, the company said. "We are excited to bring new senior living community to the Woodbury market," Eric Anderson, senior vice president, senior living, Ryan Companies said. "With the multiple residential floor plans and care options, seniors will have a variety of options to choose from. Great Lakes Management shares our vision of creating places for people to thrive and we're confident this new senior living option will positively impact the residents and their families." There are two other Talamore locations in St. Cloud and Madison, according to Ryan Co.
