GLENVIEW, IL — After a one-year hiatus, downtown Glenview will be rockin' again with Blocktoberfest. The all-day live music festival will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, will take place along Glenview Road between Church Street and Pine Street. In addition to music, there will be food and family entertainment, according to a news release.
The music lineup includes Tributosaurus, a collection of some of Chicago's finest studio musicians, performing all the greatest hits of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
There is no entrance fee. Food and beverages will be available for purchase (credit/debit only) from some of Glenview's favorite restaurants. For more information and to purchase VIP packages visit https://glenviewblocktoberfest.com.
Blocktoberfest is presented by Glenview Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Downtown Glenview and Ten Ninety Brewing Co.
