Need help under roof eaves

PRETTY SURE I FOUND SOMEONE but leaving ad up for a day or two... thank you! Over the last years, birds have pecked away the grating of my attic vents and have been nesting between ceiling and roof. They're especially active in the spring, but this year, they have been pulling out a lot of insulation. They've gone from one panel to four panels. I am looking for someone to put strong grating over the holes. Original grating was inside, but outside would be fine. I just want to get the birds out and keep them out. (I'm not even sure the best season to do that.) The difficulty is that it's above the second floor, so I estimate it's between 24 or 30 feet—you'd need a large ladder. Request estimate. Thank you!
