Meet Jet - a docile but playful 8 year old male Labrador Retriever mix (we suspect with German Shepherd - just look at them ears!) Jet was adopted roughly 5 years ago and we believe he may have been previously being trained as a service animal. He is great with kids, patient with seniors, and has never met another animal nor human he didn’t immediately want to befriend! This 75lb snuggler has no idea he’s no longer a pup and will absolutely try to sit in your lap! He is often so quiet, you may forget he is even around! Will softly “woof” or groan if he hears a knock at the door or if he needs to go outside. He is also trained to use puppy pads if he cannot wait. Because of his turbulent past in the shelter system, Jet does get anxious when left by himself. For this reason he does well in an environment in which his owner spends most their time as home and possibly even has another pet to keep him company. Because of some changes in the members of our household and environment, our home is no longer the best living situation for our beloved Jet. We are rehoming for a small fee to what we hope will be a suitable forever home for our best friend.
