Description
This is a known defect in older Prius cars where a capacitor needs to be replaced in the combo meter to make the dashboard cluster work. There are many YouTube videos on how to do it including one complete one at about 46 minutes. Dealers want to charge about $1,000 and replace the entire panel. I would like to hire someone who can bring his own tools to my home in thousand oaks and fix it in my garage for a couple of hours for $200 cash.
