Hi - We are a small family owned real estate company looking for someone interested in property maintenance. Most importantly, the person must be reliable and able to complete necessary repairs in a reasonable time. We have a small portfolio and are actively looking to grow. As we add more units there is potential for this to become a full salaried position for the right person. Please see below requirements to be considered for this. - Basic plumbing repairs - Basic electrical repairs - Carpentry skills - Mowing/Plowing (paid monthly - based on an agreed rate) - Well spoken - Presentable If interested, please reply to this ad.
