Who you are: A motivated, reliable, hard-working individual who likes to work with others and is looking for a long-term position with a growing organization. Qualifications: Stays on task and manages time effectively. Applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit, or the ability to get one before starting. Open availability to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. Reliable transportation is required, as well as the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly when needed. Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 12 hours/day. Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands. Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures. You would be eligible for the following benefits: $1000 signing bonus after completion of five (5) consecutive full weeks of work. Lunches provided. Space for camping if needed.
