This is Chewy. I bought chewy for $1400 when he was 8 weeks old. He is now a little over a year and a half. Vaccinated, neutered, up to date on heart worm and flea treatment. I have put in probably $5,000 or more into this dog. He is house broken, very sweet, good with other cats, not amazing with other dogs. The reason I need to rehome him is his raging jealousy. I have 3 kids and a cat. Anytime the dog sees someone other than him getting attention he gets jealous and tries to butt himself into the action, And if he still doesn’t get what he wants he goes and destroys something. Over the year and a half a he has destroyed my flower garden, vegetable garden, pieces of furniture in my house, my base boards and even my kids toys, anything he’s able to tear up. I have tried everything with this dog. Toys, bones, walks, time set out in the day just for him. I am about to start college on top of taking care of my 3 kids and all my other responsibilities and just can’t take anymore damage. I’m really sad and sorry this isn’t working out but I just can’t take it anymore. I would like him to go to a home that might suit his needs better. Maybe someone that could just be all over him all the time. Somewhere where he would be #1 so he stops with his jealousy and destruction. Other than that behavioral issue he’s a sweet dog. He’s just extremely needy. Doesn’t have separation anxiety though. Does fine if he’s left at home. No crazy barking. I will be asking for a rehoming fee of $800. He’s young, up to date on his medical needs, trained, will come with kennel and food. Please let me know if you’re interested.
