To reserve appointments for meeting and evaluation of suitability for the following positions:
1. Document Custodian - Responsible for both receiving and orderly keeping of various records, documents & forms, and providing certified copies as required to comply with federal and State codes. Duties will also include making trips to the post office, dropping off and picking up mail, and placing/monitoring public notices in a local newspaper for publication (among other tasks).
2. Trust Supervisor and In-House Notary - Responsible for communicating via video conference with an overseas counterpart (English speaking) for the creation of foreign trust entities that comply with various banking and tax laws, and subsequent domestic organization of the entities by newspaper publication within California. Also basic notarization of documents (and other tasks).
Those interested must be able to become commissioned as a Notary Public in California.
