Maintenance Tech needed for apartment complex. Full-time or Part-time. Rate is $15-$20 per hour/negotiable. Must have own tools. Tasking includes, but is not limited to tenant work orders for common repairs, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, drywall, cleaning, grounds maintenance and other odd jobs. 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience (preferred) Must have some experience as a handy person/maintenance, or home repairs. Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Must be able to handle on-call emergency maintenance responsibilities. Full or Part-time. No contractors please as this is a full/part-time position. Equal Opportunity Employer
