As title says, home heat loss assessments using my Flir thermal imaging device. I am a general contractor with 20 years experience in the skilled trades. Including 5 years as an HVAC service tech. I own my own thermal imaging camera and am offering my services at 100.00 per trip. Live feed as well as still images available. Find drafts, missing insulation, etc. also works for spotting excess electrical resistance in fixtures and outlets. Or detecting leaks in flu pipes or furnace vents. I am reasonable and am willing to drive within 30 min of edgecomb/wiscasset. I can also offer advice on repairs or temporary solutions for the winter. Email with your number and I will call you asap.
