We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors in Macomb, Wayne, Oakland, Lapeer, MI, and the surrounding counties. We work for multiple clients and currently have foreclosed properties assigned to our company. We need experienced and skilled Property Preservation and Rehab/Repair Contractors to complete work and maintain these properties. As soon as all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted, we can start assigning you work orders from the very moment in your area/s. Payment: After completion of the work, the payment time is 10-14 days for regular payment and 3-5 days for express payment. Work includes but is not limited to - 1. Rehab/Repair 2. Roofing 3. Plumbing 4. HVAC 5. Electrical 6. Mold 7. Regular Preservation Repair Also seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who complete all these work and also pull permits. Requirements: 1.
