Very large cat tree--that I bought for my rats (2)--as you can tell from the chewed off fringe lol. Although this is large, this is more suitable for kittens or small cats...and average-sized rats. The boy I have left was never into this so it is just taking up floor space. The fringe chewer passed away. This was over $100 new plus shipping. Most of the levels can be rotated so you change the configuration. It is about 2 years old and in decent shape. I will also clean and disinfect it again before pickup. It comes apart easily so it can fit in most any car. $50 H up to 85"; base 16" x 24"
