Sundance Landscape Maintenance, Inc. JOIN TEAM SUNDANCE! Sundance Landscape Maintenance is a family own and operated business that has been serving the valley since 1985. We currently maintain and service HOA communities throughout the valley. We are seeking: Laborers/Crew Members Locations: Queen Creek (Main Yard) Gilbert (Sub. Yard) Skills we seek: • Ability to work in direct Arizona sunlight and heat for 7 to 8 hours per day Monday -Friday. • Ability to stand and perform physical labor for an 8 hr shift. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Ability to walk, stand, and bend without stress. *Must be self motivated and take pride in your work. Laborers/Crew Members (Starting pay $15): • Perform general landscape duties. • Communicate with crew lead regarding job assignments and progress of assigned tasks. • Become proficient in the use of basic maintenance hand tools and power equipment. • Operate and/or maintain various light equipment and tools. • Ability to load/unload trash cans/burlaps containing plant debris onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.) • Become proficient in performing all landscape maintenance tasks. • Able to meet company production rates and standards. Schedule: • Monday through Friday. • 8 hour shifts. • 40 hours a week.
