We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at, a 240 unit tax credit property in Austin, TX. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 10/1/21! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) Position Summary: The Groundskeeper would be responsible for keeping the premises of the office, building, amenity areas, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Keeping the premises of the office, building, and grounds in clean and orderly condition Will assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments Minor property maintenance tasks to assist Technician and Maintenance Supervisor Light landscaping Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications: Previous grounds keeping experience preferred Customer service oriented Basic painting skills Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees. As long-term owners, we have been committed to providing housing solutions for more than four decades.
