However, it is not possible to foresee or anticipate situations that may require the Sena High Governance Council to enter into executive session without notice. Consequently, while not specifically identified on the agenda, the Sena High Governance Council may recess into executive session as circumstances require, and only as permitted by the Open Meetings Act. No action will be taken by the Sena High Governance Council while in executive session. If any action is required as a result of the closed session deliberations, it will occur in open session, and with appropriate notice as required by the Open Meetings’ Act."
