King Retail Solutions, a leading designer and manufacturer of retail decor, is seeking multiple General Production Workers. This position will assist in the manufacture and shipping of signs, fixtures, and other decor items. The General Production Worker will float between departments such as Assembly, Build, Metal Fab, and Paint. Two shifts available for General Production: Day:7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri +OT on Saturdays as needed (earlier start times may be needed depending on workload) Swing:3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri +OT on Saturdays as needed Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. One or more years of work related experience. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines. Performs spot checks of products to ensure it meets quality standards. Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety regulations. Keeps tools/materials/workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space utilization. Skills & Abilities: Be able to read/understand details. Adaptable and ready for pace changes. Self-starting/highly motivated. Good hand eye coordination. Ability to multitask. Work well with others and independently. Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary. Flexibility: Overtime is a possibility depending on the workload. Must be able to read and provide own tape measure and utility knife Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis during shift Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
