Seeking a dependable and trustworthy custodian to help maintain a clean and appealing apartment community. Part-time, permanent position, 20-35 hours a week, $15+ depending on qualifications.
We are a large apartment complex with a small on-site maintenance staff. Our customers value the prompt and courteous service we provide to them. You will work closely with other employees to meet the objectives and deadlines of the business.
Duties include cleaning laundry rooms, hallways, basements and apartments, general upkeep of grounds and common spaces, and other tasks as necessary. There is opportunity to assist with projects outside of that scope and to learn additional skills.
Applicants must be honest, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. We value previous experience but will train the right candidate.
