Description

As the Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator you will be overseeing the assigning and completion of requested work orders. In conjunction with managing all property work orders, you will be responsible for tracking the maintenance teams time, properly billing completed work orders and communicating with various departments, guests and owners. Other duties may include unit inspections, submitting purchase order requests, processing invoices, coordinating minor projects and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. We will train! Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel Able to sit for long periods of time Able to climb stairs Able to lift 30+ pounds Related hospitality experience preferred
