Looking for a bid on texture/paint on the ceiling, plus small touch-ups on walls this weekend. You can start today if you like. As you will see from the pics the first guy was horrendous, he even textured the light and switches.......who does that!!!!! Then the next guy removed the ceiling texture when all it needed was painting (probably to create more work as he was hourly). I am now looking for a full bid to complete this job. The ceiling needs texture and painting in white. Some of the walls need paint touch-ups, the one wall in the first picture will be wallpapered so no need for anything there. Most of this will be the kitchen so will be covered up with cabinets and backsplash. The other walls need touch-up paint and the laundry room needs touching up and painting with blue paint. All paint will be supplied. Look at the pictures attached and please give me a rough bid so I can see if you are even in the ballpark, then we can discuss further. Don't bother giving a crazy bid, this is not a Highland Park home and I am already low on the budget and have wasted money on people who do not know what they are doing. I would like to get this done this weekend, please. This is a kitchen and a dining area that got damaged (with no insurance in a flood ;( ). The area is 16 feet long and 8 feet wide. The laundry room at the end of the kitchen is just under 3 feet by 8 feet wide. There are some minor touch-ups on the walls. Please have a hopper, proper equipment, references, transportation, and know what you are doing. I will pay in full at the end of the job. Remember to leave your phone number on your response, please.
