We are in need of someone with handyman skills for repair work at our commercial property ( small 1500 sq ft standalone building) in Duluth MN. Immediate tasks include but not limited to, patching roof, repairing scuppers, extending downspout, patching and sealing exterior walls and installing dirt for water drainage away from the building. We are looking for someone whom we can use long term for maintenance and repair work as needed. Must be skilled, reliable, mature and available to work within 1 week.
