We do background checks and drug testing. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job. We have part time work available, 2 days a week Mondays, and Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 4- 5 hour days, about 10 hours a week, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton, able to fix/repair, do odds and ends, experienced light painting (not just painting for friends and family but for homeowners and/or businesses), some yard care. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and constant working cell phone. If you're preoccupied with using your cell phone during work hours, that does not work for us. Best if you live in Clifton or very near Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation fairly quick.
