Small Gig Help with Water Heater

I am looking to hire someone who can come over and remove a stuck nipple and a plug on my gas water heater so I can replace the Dip Tube and pressure release valve. If you can do this I can pay someone $50 cash to stop by and remove the nipple and plug I will finish the repair; Or I can afford $100 to someone to stay and help me finish the repair as I have 2 units I am working on. I have tried with a wrenceh and nipple extracter with no luck. The water heater seemed to have had the Pressure release valve where the anode rod should be and a plug where the pressure vavle should be.
