FOR WORKING ARTISTS ONLY!! We have an industrial building. Looking to turn this itnto 75 artist's studios and we even have designs being made for soundproofed rooms to invite bands in for reheasal space. The location is 50 suffolk st, There is a working elevator, wood floors, FULL HVAC, new electric going in. 75 studios being built. Several studios have great windows/light, a few (about 20 studios will have no windows). There will be shower rooms insalled as well as slop sinks in every hallway, (kitchenettes can be installed as well). Let me know if you're interested in participating. Rooms/studios will rents for about $18/ft...example: a 16X12 ft studio will be about $350.
